Key Responsibilities:
- Employee Relations: Act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, providing guidance on HR policies, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive work environment.
- Performance Management: Implement performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback sessions, and performance evaluations, to support employee development and drive high performance.
- HR Operations: Manage day-to-day HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, payroll administration, and compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Support in all HR Functions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources management.
- Proven experience as an HR Specialist or similar role.
- Must have experience in the Food & Beverage industry.
- In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
